However, one of her new "things" is being hysterical at bedtime (some nights she is, and some nights she isn't). When you open the door she'll be standing in her crib, holding onto the railings , and staring at the door (you can tell she's been willing the door to open with her Jedi moves). The picture below in the crib is a happy one in the morning, I didn't get her standing though. However I did capture her practicing to stand. If there are items on the floor that are low enough she'll pull herself onto her feet. She's not great at standing up straight yet, but practice makes perfect!
And here's something else to think about. A couple of days ago I went into Autumn's room after I got out of the shower. She was pulling diapers out of her diaper holder, and low and behold, she was dirty. Coincidence, I thought. Then today I was baking cookies and she crawled into the dining room to the diaper changer. Her diaper needed to be changed, big time. So what do you think? Can she tell when there's a mess on her behind? I don't know, but it's fun to think that she can. I got a picture with a diaper...she's funny.
