It's that time of the year when it's warm enough to go swimming!! Autumn had a fun time at the big pool over Memorial Day...the water was a bit chilly, but she was a trooper. Splashing was a big hit, and being swung around in the water. She's so cute when she uses the pool at home, in the water...out of the water...in the water...out of the water...just watching her makes you tired. Aunt Nellie stole her away today and took her to the zoo, what fun! Everyone here is trucking along, enjoying the summer weather....

We had a wonderful visit with Lucas and Grandpa Dowiak...it was nice to catch up. Autumn just loves her uncle and Grandpa!! We also had a great time at Nellie and Jason's wedding shower. Autumn was on her best behavior for the crowd. She loves to party, I swear she was nonstop the whole time, it was amazing. Happy Birthday Nellie!! The food was delicious last night:)

Autumn turned eight months yesterday!! I was going to get an eight month picture but the camera battery is charging...maybe later tonight. We're awaiting the arrival of Lucas and Poppy tonight, they're driving in from DC later. I don't know if we'll see them tonight, but tomorrow they'll have Autumn to themselves while I'm at class in the morning:) We had a wonderful time in DC for Lucas' graduation. There was one really cool part of the ceremony when a band of bagpipers walked right in front of us...Autumn was mesmerized. So congrats Lucus, hope you had a good time in college!! I love this bonnet on Autumn, it's about the only hat that she'll keep on...plus it's cute!! Things have turned green here is Pittsburgh, it's about time. We have spent all weekend and this evening gardening and being outside. Autumn has been busy exploring the outdoors...I think she's going to like the camping trips in her future!

Miles and I have turned into human jungle gyms!! It's so much fun to play with Autumn now. She loves to follow you around or be chased. We went for a nice walk this morning to get some fresh air, the weather has been wonderful! I'm starting to have those moments when it's so quiet I have to check on Autumn. (She's usually busy putting something foreign into her mouth). Happy Birthday John, we hope you have something nice planned!!
